Business email
Professional email on your own domain.
An address that matches your name
A message from you@yourcompany.com tells people who they're dealing with before they open it. Olvane creates that address on a domain you already own, and it stays yours if you ever leave.
Use the apps you already have
Read mail in the built-in webmail, or connect Apple Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird and phone mail apps with standard IMAP and SMTP settings. Each mailbox page lists the exact settings to copy.
Addresses that fit how you work
Aliases send info@ or sales@ to the right people without extra mailboxes. Forwarding copies mail to another address, and a catch-all picks up anything sent to an address that doesn't exist.
Set up properly from the start
SPF, DKIM and DMARC tell other providers your mail is really from you. Olvane generates each record for your domain, checks your DNS automatically, and shows which ones are still missing.
Junk mail goes to Junk
Incoming messages are checked against the sender's SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, and suspicious mail is filed in your Junk folder. Remote images stay hidden until you choose to load them.
Common questions
Can I use it with Outlook, Apple Mail or my phone?
Yes. Every mailbox works over IMAP on port 993 and SMTP on ports 465 and 587, so any standard mail app can connect. Webmail is included too.
Will switching interrupt my current email?
Pointing your main domain's MX record at Olvane moves incoming mail here. To avoid any change, use a subdomain, or move your MX record only when you're ready.
How much storage does a mailbox get?
Up to 5 GB each, and you choose the size per mailbox.
What is a catch-all address?
A mailbox that receives messages sent to any address on your domain that doesn't exist, so a mistyped address doesn't get lost.

The free plan needs no card. Most of the setup is copying five DNS records.
